Mae Gyda\u2019n Gilydd dros Newid wedi recriwtio\u2019n llwyddiannus ar gyfer rolau allweddol ac mae bellach yn ymgysylltu \u00e2 phum cymuned ar them\u00e2u \u00e2 blaenoriaeth y PPALl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Mae <strong>PPALl Cymru Wledig<\/strong> yn cyfrannu\u2019n sylweddol at yr agenda genedlaethol o roi <strong>Deddf Llesiant Cenedlaethau\u2019r Dyfodol (Cymru) 2015<\/strong> ar waith yn fwy effeithiol, sy\u2019n gosod datblygu cynaliadwy a llesiant hirdymor wrth wraidd y broses o wneud penderfyniadau. Mae\u2019r PPALl wedi\u2019i strwythuro o amgylch pedair thema \u00e2 blaenoriaeth sy\u2019n cyd-fynd \u00e2 nodau llesiant WBFGA:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adeiladu Economi Adfywiol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cefnogi'r Pontio i Sero Net<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grymuso Cymunedau ar gyfer Adferiad Diwylliannol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gwella Lles yn ei Le<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Ategir pob maes \u00e2 blaenoriaeth gan <strong>Grwpiau Thematig<\/strong> sy'n cynnwys ymchwilwyr academaidd, cynrychiolwyr cymunedol, a rhanddeiliaid sy'n rhannu diddordeb personol yn y them\u00e2u hyn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Mae\u2019r <strong>Rhaglen Ymchwil Weithredu dan Arweiniad y Gymuned<\/strong> yn rhoi cyfle amhrisiadwy i gymunedau gwledig ledled Cymru archwilio materion hollbwysig drwy ymchwil weithredu. Mae'r dull hwn yn galluogi cyfranogwyr i brofi syniadau arloesol, rhannu gwybodaeth, a chydweithio \u00e2 phartneriaid academaidd. Fel dull cylchol a chyfranogol o ymchwil sy'n mynd i'r afael yn uniongyrchol \u00e2 heriau'r byd go iawn, bydd y rhaglen yn adeiladu gwybodaeth ac yn ei throsi'n weithredoedd ymarferol. Bydd canfyddiadau'r ymchwil hwn yn cael eu lledaenu'n eang i ddylanwadu ar newid strategol a gwella'r adnoddau a'r cyfleoedd sydd ar gael i sefydliadau a arweinir gan y gymuned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u201c<em>Mae hwn yn gyfle cyffrous i Gyda\u2019n Gilydd dros Newid weithio gyda chymunedau ledled Cymru wledig,<\/em>\u201d meddai Jessie Buchanan, Prif Swyddog Gweithredol Gyda\u2019n Gilydd dros Newid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<em>Drwy ymgysylltu \u00e2'r cymunedau hyn a'u cefnogi trwy ymchwil weithredu cydweithredol, rydym yn helpu i sicrhau bod egwyddorion economi llesiant yn cael eu rhoi ar waith.
