This project marks the first step in creating a practical and dynamic resource that can be used by partnerships at the <strong>local, regional, and national levels<\/strong> to better understand and utilise community assets..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae\u2019r adnodd wedi\u2019i gynllunio i alluogi cymunedau, cyrff cyhoeddus, a rhanddeiliaid i fapio, ymgysylltu \u00e2, a manteisio ar asedau lleol\u2014fel gwasanaethau cyhoeddus, seilwaith, ac adnoddau cymunedol\u2014mewn ffyrdd sy\u2019n creu llesiant hirdymor a datblygu cynaliadwy. Mae\u2019r fenter hon yn cefnogi nodau Deddf Llesiant Cenedlaethau\u2019r Dyfodol (Cymru) 2015, sy\u2019n canolbwyntio ar osod datblygu cynaliadwy a llesiant wrth wraidd y broses o wneud penderfyniadau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Mae amcanion allweddol y cydweithio rhwng <strong>Gyda\u2019n Gilydd dros Newid<\/strong> a <strong>WISERD<\/strong> yn cynnwys:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Ailstrwythuro'r gronfa ddata asedau cymunedol bresennol<\/strong> a luniwyd gan Gyda\u2019n Gilydd dros Newid ar gyfer Sir Benfro, gan ei gwneud yn haws ei defnyddio, yn hygyrch ac yn haws i'w chwestiynu a'i dadansoddi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">\u2022 Cynnal <strong>ymarfer cwmpasu<\/strong> i archwilio a ellir awtomeiddio'r broses casglu data ar gyfer y gronfa ddata a'i hehangu i gynnwys awdurdodau lleol eraill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Integreiddio data o ffynonellau pellgyrhaeddol ehangach, gan gynnwys <strong>InfoEngine<\/strong> (cyfeirlyfr o wasanaethau trydydd sector yng Nghymru) ac <strong>OpenStreetMap<\/strong>, i sicrhau cwmpas cynhwysfawr y gellir ei ehangu o asedau seiliedig ar le.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Trwy'r gwaith hwn, mae Gyda\u2019n Gilydd dros Newid a WISERD yn datblygu adnodd a fydd yn helpu i nodi asedau lleol yn fwy effeithiol a chefnogi sefydliadau a arweinir gan y gymuned i fynd i'r afael \u00e2 bylchau yn y gwasanaethau a ddarperir. Bydd y canfyddiadau\u2019n galluogi cymunedau i wella eu gallu i ymgysylltu a gwneud penderfyniadau tra\u2019n creu cyfleoedd i gydweithio ar draws sectorau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dywedodd Sue Denman, Gyda\u2019n Gilydd dros Newid:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\"Pleser o\u2019r mwyaf yw gweithio gyda WISERD i greu adnodd a fydd yn allweddol i drawsnewid sut mae cymunedau'n nodi ac yn defnyddio eu hasedau lleol. Bydd yr adnodd hwn yn cefnogi partneriaethau ar bob lefel i wneud penderfyniadau gwybodus, strategol sy'n cyd-fynd ag egwyddorion economeg lles a datblygu cynaliadwy yng Nghymru.\"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Mae'r prosiect wedi cynnwys ymgynghori \u00e2 chymunedau lleol a phartneriaid statudol i sicrhau ei fod yn cwrdd ag anghenion y byd go iawn.
