Nod y Prosiect yw dysgu, drwy straeon pobl, beth sy'n gwneud gwahaniaeth gwirioneddol i les cymunedol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae'r Prosiect yn canolbwyntio ar y mannau bob dydd lle mae bywyd cymunedol a gwasanaethau cyhoeddus yn cwrdd. Drwy wrando ar y straeon hyn a myfyrio arnynt, gallwn ddeall yn well beth sydd bwysicaf i bobl.
