Community Wellbeing Action Planning Project

Between September 2024 and January 2025, Together for Change partnered with four Pembrokeshire communities to co-create Well-being Action Plans. These community-led plans focus on improving social, economic, environmental, and cultural wellbeing, aligned with Welsh frameworks like the Well-being of Future Generations Act. Funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, the project aimed to strengthen community assets, build local capacity, and generate valuable learning to guide future efforts by the Pembrokeshire Public Services Board and others.
