Pembrokeshire Most Significant Change Project

Pembrokeshire Most Significant Change Project – Understanding community wellbeing through stories of change.

The Pembrokeshire Most Significant Change (MSC) Project is part of the county’s Strengthening Communities Programme. The aim of the Project is to learn, through people’s own stories, what really makes a difference to community wellbeing.

The Project focuses on the everyday spaces where community life and public services meet. By listening to and reflecting on these stories, we can better understand what matters most to people. We work with partners across voluntary, community and public sectors to gather stories of change.

2024 – 2025: The evaluation of the first year of the project is now available:

We have also produced a range of materials to support this work, including a handbook, templates, and training slides.
